Our colleague Lucia Mýtna Kureková actively participated on 26 March 2026 in the webinar Posting of Workers to and from Slovakia, organised by the Stredoeurópsky inštitút pre výskum práce (CELSI).
Lucia presented findings from the completed INFO-POW project, which focused on evaluating information channels and their use in the posting of workers, with a particular emphasis on the challenges faced by companies in the construction sector in accessing relevant information. The findings and policy recommendations are summarised in the publication Twice informed, once posted: Analysis of access to information on posting of workers and recommendations for change.
The aim of the webinar was to present the latest insights on access to information in the area of posting of workers. Presenters and participants,primarily from academia, trade unions, and the Európsky orgán práce, discussed ways to ensure more effective access to information in the broader context of protecting posted workers, bogus self-employment, and enforcement of rights.
