Concise Profile
Daniel Škobla deals with issues of social inequalities, social exclusion, the labor market. He received his PhD from the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. He worked in the UN Development Program, was a participant in the Steering Committee of the Decade of Roma Inclusion 2005-2015, participated in the preparation of the Strategy of the Slovak Republic for Roma Integration. In 2017-2022 he was the main researcher of the APVV project, he participates in public policy evaluations and in the creation of strategic documents in the field of Roma integration. The European Roma Rights Center (ERRC), Amnesty International (AI), Friends of the Earth (FoE), and the Open Society Institute (OSI) work with NGOs.
