What is the relationship between social dialogue and the participation and availability of adult education?

We prepared a new study on the relationship between social dialogue and access to adult education in cooperation with the institute HIVA-KU Leuven within the ISKILL project. Our findings relying on data from an individual perspective as well as a firm perspective confirm the link between the level of social dialogue and the level of participation in adult learning across the EU27. This is an important finding that expands the plethora of tools that could potentially be used to harness access to adult learning in the European countries. The study is available here.
